Things to note about this Totebag Painting Pass:
- All Canvas Totebag Painting Pass activities are unguided. However, we will have staff on-site that can help you with simple tips & questions.
- Participants must inform us of when they are coming beforehand via WhatsApp (+62 821 2213 1513)
- Can be redeemed from Monday - Sunday, 10 AM to 8 PM at our Lotte Mall Kuningan location.
- Your Ticket is valid for ONE DAY only following Lotte Mall hours.
- If you would like to return to our studio to finish an artwork you started using , you must purchase another artsy pass.
- You can buy Artsy Pass on the spot if you are already at Lotte Mall Kuningan.

Refund Policy
If for any reason you can’t join the event, we cannot issue a refund. We can issue class credit if we are notified no later than 72 hours prior to the event date and time.
However, should you come down with emergency matters prior to 24 hours of the event, please inform us so we can cancel your attendance and issue class credit.
